I brought a Lumia Phone based on the attached offer committed by mobikwik which entitle me 300 caskback each month for 12 months a total 3600 rupee but now their customer care team is saying you are withdrawing this offer..i am unable to understand why they are cheating people..if they can not keep your words than u have no right to remain in business…. I brought a lumia phone based on fake cash back commitment by mobikwik, they given cash back for initial 3-4 months and now they said they will not provide cashback..they said in terms and conditions somewhere they hidden that mobikwik has right to withdraw or change any thing.. so i can not return the phone i brought.

I need my cashback as promised by mobikwik nothing else.
