Hathway Broadband Speed Big Concern

My hathway consumer number is – 1343624. Usually I get the speed according to my plan (64 GB with 5 MB/S) However, this month from 1 March 2016, which is my billing date, my speed has not been restored. I raised too many complaints to Hathway, from 1 March 2016, but all complaints are closed without proper resolution. Also they have started sending me message that I have crossed my monthly usage limit. Also, My Static IP which was given for lifetime while giving the connection, the vendor revoked the IP without informing.

1. Not getting the speed for which I pay – Financial loss 2. Revoked the Static IP address – I was working with this IP for server, revoking of IP address turned into access failures to the server. 3. Today is 7 March when I have raised the complaint, so 7 days billing has wasted for Full speed pack that I have.

1. Provide me my Static IP back for lifetime, as committed by the sales person. 2. Restore my 64GB for this Month, and the current usage at time of restoring full speed should also be reset to zero, so that only the newly used data will be considered in Full Speed Data 3. Refund the amount for 7 days, in case they don’t reset the previous usage to zero, before restoring my full usage limit.
