sir, i had taken a postpaid mobile handset + connection on monthly installment basis (Rs . 99)for 11 months in july 2007 . mobile no . is 9234679138 after continuing five months due to some unavoidable circumstances i decided to close the post paid account . i had contacted customer care several times whether any charge is applicable if i close this account they said no fee will be charged if you close your account after paying the rest EMIs of your post paid mobile handset . and i did the same on 24/01/2008 . i deposited 99×6=594 rupees at true value hub bistupur . receipt no-187013 . and closed my account by calling customer care but i really shocked when i received a bill of Rs . 4129 in the very next month . now i am really frustated . please take the corrective action . thanks SANATANA JENA
