I recharged my mobile no 9934634123 from the official airtel application with 251 rupees which clearly said that 1Gb of 3g data would be provided. But I got only 650 Mb . Later when i asked customer care executive, he said that the policy has changed and only 650 mb would be given in the recharge of rs 250. The information on the airtel application was wrong and misleading. It is illegal to change the tariff without information on airtel application.

I paid for 1 gb (clearly written on airtel official app) and got 650 mb . Plus my valuable time was wasted talking to customer care. I want that they should not provide false , misleading information on site and as it was given on official app that rs 251 recharge would give 1 gb of 3G data , I should be given the same plus airtel should be punished for causing inconvenience and giving false information
