Dell USB Port Not Under Warranty

I contacted dell technical support team,but they told me the usb loosing problem is not covered in warranty,and transferred my call to warranty support team,where i was told that the warranty covers it and my pc is under warranty,but they told me nothing,and dropped call,i tried again 3-4 times but couldnt connect.i want only they resolve my problem.

I demand that they resolve my problem.
