SBI executive(Priyanka) called me and told following false features regarding SBI Credit Card 1. Cash withdrawal(40% of the credit limit) can be done for 60 day only paying 199 rs. and no other charges but when I called customer care after receiving the card they told me there are additional per day charges on the withdrawal amount. 2. She told me annual fee is 199 rs. and I will get 3000 rs. gift vouchers so there is a benefit of rupee 2800 in terms of gift vouchers which is a promotion offer from the bank but in my first statement Annual fee came 3369.68 rs and I have not received any gift voucher also. Additionally I was suggested to send the docs over the mail and told that executive will come for my signature on the print outs. but no one came to me and I received the card after few days even no executive came to me for my signature on the papers. Now I complaint this issue in SBI call center with complain number 0140216949771 but I am not sure if they will help me on this so registering complain here to core team, I want to cancel this card immediately which was sold to me with false promises and even without my signatures I will clear the amount Rs 1394 before the due date(27th Jan 2015) which I spent for one transaction using this card.

Kindly help to cancel this card smoothly without paying any annual charges or any other charges which I was not told earlier and was told false offers on the card. I will clear the amount 1394rs as mentioned earlier which I spent using SBI credit card
