Product: fedders lloyd portable ac lp12 hcn srl no : 82236z13060501500229 invoice no: 2143 dt 28/03/14 purchased from : sunsales corporation, bajrakabati road, cuttack. complaint nos : leel 24041485401 dt 24/04/14 leel 120714190890 dt 12/07/14 leel 230714202051 dt 23/07/14. repeated (6 times) complaint regarding the non functioning of the portable ac lp12 hcn. the dealer and the company service people are harassing us like anything. the product is not functioning properly from the day 1. they are trying to buy time so that the warranty period passes on.

We could not use the same during scorching hot summer. The purpose of spending got nullified. We feel cheated.
