I received a call on 21st March, 2014 from Vacations Gateway group of India Today. They told me that they have a tour package valid for all over India and some countries out of India and can be availed any time within an year and the person who will purchase this package will get a Dell Laptop worth Rs. 50,000/- free with the package. As they told me that they were calling from group of India Today so I got confident as I have shopped online with them earlier also. So I made the payment of Rs. 2799/- through debit card on 22nd of March and rest of Rs. 5000/- in the bank after 5-6 days. They confirmed my payment and assured that the product will be dispatched after confirmation from the product & gift department. Then after 10-15 Days when I called they said that there is some technical problem in the Dell Laptop so they will dispatch my gift after resolving the issue from the Dell company. But now they will dispatch my tour package details. Now the person who contacted me at the time of the package is not responding whenever I call, sometimes he handsover the phone to his wife & sometimes to other fellow-workers. His Name is Mr. Rohit as I was told and the contact no. is 08010729xxx. Please help me so that recover my amount.
