The fedex couriers on their website promises same day pickup and delivery after 1 business day. I had to apply to ETH Zurich for my masters. So I decided to use their services. However, its been two days and nobody came to pick up the package. Because of FedEx my application will not be considered. I had paid an application fees of Rs. 11000 online which is gone now.
I want FedEx to be banned so that they do not fool costumers about service they cannot provide. I also want to be paid my application fee which I have paid to the university since my application will not be considered now.
