I purchased a Samsung Laptop on 24/12/2014 worth Rs 48000 with 2 year warranty provided by company. First there was issue with my Laptop and they had to change hard drive on 2013. On Second year 2014 I had same issue and this time they advised that they need to change the mother. I called the customer on November 2014 and customer service rep advised that walk in to service center of samsung in Kochi to get if fixed. Prior to that I wrote Samsung escalation team CEO’s desk and spoke to Rashmi and Ranjith Nair requesting to replace the laptop but they advise to mother board replaced I did agreed to get if fixed. I took the laptop to the service center and found that Samsung cannot replace mother board since they do not have spare parts available and I requested for replacement they advised replacment is not possible and they will refund the money after depricating the value.

Kindly note that laptop is withing the warranty period and warranty end on 24/12/2014. Due to this I was emotionally disturbed and had to go through some depression I blood pressure got raised. I purchased this laptop by pledging my gold which till date am paying interest for it. Please be advise that I spoke to Rashmi,Ranjith Nair, Kartik,Raja and Nithin and requested to call me on between 9 am to 11 am since this was only time I was available but despite making such request they did not bother to call me I had to leave all other odd works expecting a call from them and due to this other jobs got affected.
