Micromax Canvas – Under Warranty Service Delayed

I had bought Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 phone on 25/11/2013 at the price of Rs.18750/-. It was suddenly gone in dead state on 5/10/2014. As the handset was in warranty for 1 year , I submitted the handset to Micromax service center in Hadapsar,Pune on 10/10/2014. After some basic checks, the executive replied me that the handset needs to be sent at Head office for repair and they will deliver the handset in Max. 20 working days. I was fine with the timeline and submitted the handset with taking the job sheet. When I contacted the service center after 20 working days.they had no progress. secondly when I call them ,I have to call min. 20 times for the phone to get connected as the phone line is always kept busy. Also the people out there have no sense and have no exact information about what exactly the problem is. I have tried and contacted them in all possible ways like emails,phone calls. I had some calls from senior authorities on 4/11/2014 that they are sorry and they will deliver handset in more 20 working days. Its been more than 2 months now and they do not responded anything. It is so much irritating and annoying. They don’t have any proper service plan for their customers. They don’t care how it will affect the customer mindset. They are providing worst service I have ever seen. Please check and take a strict action on this issue. I don’t want to wait more now as I already waited for almost 70 days. I want my repaired handset in this week only. Also I want an additional one year warranty due to the delay. A serious action should be taken on Micromax such that this will not be repeated. A Penalty of Rs. 10000/- should charged on Micromax for mental harassment.
