I have been subscribing for femina issues from 5-6 year. Each year it is renewed before the subscription ends to ensure continuity.the subscription was going to end in July 2015 so it was renewed in July itself so that I would get the issues from August. My new subscription no is 0025685705 . I have a confirmation message also for the same as yet.but I have not received any issue since then.i called then in november and was promised that i will receive my issues but didnt.i called back in jan but same story.then i wrote a mail on 20 th n 27 th feb and was promised that the problem would be resolved in 3 days.I also wrote a complain on their site but as usual got a mail that I would get the issues. But nothing had been done as yet. I have the mails also. I called them again today before making this complain and was told that Mr Mandlik would call me back but as before no response from him.
