First Flight Courier Delivery Terrible Experience

Dear Savitha,
I am even awaiting for your response and now even you have stopped giving the response . I am giving you a warning in mail so hope you understand the seriousness of this issue now if my consignment is not reaching me by tomorrow within 11:00 am . i am going to take a legal action again loss of consignment by tomorrow itself .

Such a Pathetic scene from customer service desk – SAVITHA that she is not even bothered to clear the mess and not even tried . being a customer i am feeling very helpless that i chosen first flight to get my consignment and now became handicapped as my consignment is with VERY VERY VERY STUPID NONSENCE CARELESS AND PATHETIC PEOPLE Like first flight …… I really dont know what should i do now and where to go even as there is no one to bother in such a huge organisation . i only can take a legel action again such a bad people .
