Hi Mr Romesh,

This is to bring into your kind notice that, recently I have taken Indusind Bank credit card but the promises which was done to me are not fulfilled.

Ø As per the agent who had called me from 7210485440 number had purposed the credit card limit to 2.5 lakhs minimum . However I have received 50 K limit only which is totally not acceptable.

Ø The onetime charges which is 500 will be waived off / will not be applicable for me however same is bulled in my card statement.

Further to above, I had registered two complaints at customer care ( Complaint Number – 510115 & 583267) however both the complaints were closed without any action on the agent & no resolution was offered to me.

Requesting your personal intervention for resolving the above mentioned issues as fake commitments can impact the image of the bank.
