First Flight Courier – Non-Delivery on time and Unaware of Status

Have sent across consignment numbered F991B0099947 from Bangalore to Kolkata on 7th Mar, 2014 scheduled to be delivered by 8th Mar, 2014 EOD. The consignment contains important documents, which were needed asap in Kolkata for a legal settlement. It was not delivered in the stipulated time. I have been calling the Customer Care for last 2 days, and there has been no actions taken. They don’t have any details of the address as of where the consignment needs to be delivered in the system. They don’t even have the status of the consignment. I am in a state of worry and am not sure how to get those documents delivered. Would request for appropriate actions.

First of all need the courier to be delivered asap. Would also take action for the mental harassment and financial losses incurred if any, then after.
