Firstcry – not received the product poor response

My item was shipped on 24 April 2014. But after -34 days the person has called me to colelct the item from his store and refused for home delivery. I have asked him to deliver it on my door step, then he has reported my status as “out of station” which was not actual.then I called customer care on 3rd MAy. The executive has comminted me to deliver product within 1-2 days. I still not received the product. Then I follwed up with customer care on 12th MAy, 13th MAy and today 15th MAy. The executives just say that they will have to check and hold the call for long. But in actual Item is not delivered. I have already paid the money, Rs.999. and still nothing in hand. I have also asked them to cancel my order but they are not ready to do so.

I want my money back with interest credited on it however small it may be ..and my time has to ba paid off.
