Dear sir, i bought nokia 720 in January 2014 imei no.357297057426893 product code 059s3n2. Since starting only i got problem first i visited to the shop from i bought he refused to replace and told me to visit nokia care. Three times more i submit my phone fist time for sound key second time for all key ware not working.still my phone is not working smoothly. Even i was treated badly by nokia care person.overall i am not satisfied and i need replacement as well as compassionate for financially,socially,and mentally pressure.

need either replacement with new smart phone or refund the whole amount of this phone. And financial compancession with fifty thousand together with travelling expencess that i was forced to pay.
