Gym has been closed down for more than 30 days. They have taken the money for the membership for Rs.4000, they never mentioned anything about the renovation when we paid the amount. The first week as soon as I joined the gym they told us about the renovation and that its going to be closed for 2 weeks. Its been 5 weeks now, they refused to refund, the phone numbers have become invalid and they are still not giving us an answer. The owner is being very rude and has not given us a proper answer, keeps telling us things are getting delayed as work has not yet started. Its been a real waste of money and time for all the members, I really need the refund back.

Like me, there are several members who have paid and are trying to get back our money from the Gym. They are the least bit co-operative and friendly. I have lost 4000rs, and just like me there are many other people who are trying really hard to get back their money.

I want the gym owner to refund back the money that they got from me and to apologize for the troubles caused and for their rude behavior.
