Flipcart – complaint against delay and intentional avoidance about the inconvenience caused

Sir/madam, After complaining against the order OD30729025613 in which books were shipped differently…And hence One of the tracking no of one of the shipping of Nine/9 Books of the same orde3r no. were 568700555319 of fedex courier serivce and when it got delivered I got Six/6 Of them while 3 Books were missing form the box(actually the packet was tight and not hamperes was good in condition as looking like as the packet was packaged for the 6 books , not enough space for the 9 books)… I have lodged a Complaint to Customer Care of Flipkart And some customer executive told me to return only the packet to the seller address after taking out the 6 Books only for their confirmation and when it reached to their warehouse they will ship the missing books or refund the price of the items in case of unavailability… So he take my complaints and I did the same as he said..The tracking no. was 348888801 of Trackoncourier and It was delivered .After delivery I called them and they confirmed me the delivery and told me that they were going to ship two of the missing item to me asap and would refund the another item’s price as the product(how to crack test of reasoning …..) was not in stock… After 2 days I got the courier charges(155/-) as their commitment as I shipped the packet only to them where 6 products was delivered instead of nine(9) books..They refunded it through the Wallet balance in my Flipkart account..But after So many days they did neither ship the Two missing books nor refunding the others(another missing one) price..I called many times and they replied me as they did not want to …I called with Minu,VijayLakshmi, Afza and many more….some of them took 24 hours time and some of them took more to do the next steps…But Nothing is going to happening…As Afza told me to wait till Saturday 17th August,13 as they are going to delivered the missing products…But these assurances are going to be Weaker and having my precious professional time loss …Whenever they take my calls they ask the same things from first to last though I give them the particular Complaint no…But they are asking me for the Reverse Pickup(whereas there is no case of reverse pickup as I shipped the only packet to them as their suggestion and got 6 Books instead of 9 books .So 3 Books are not in existence to me) first and then after so many discussion they are understanding the issue…Then they ask their supervisor and replying with wanting a time span.. Here The matter is there is no news to ship the missing items and the refund of the another missing item as I did not get the shipping details till now,,Hence I am facing problems and having troubles with that.Whereas Afza assured me in the complaint no. 130813-004779 to delivered the two missing product within Saturday but I don’t know about shipping till now.. .But Who knows when will I get The another missing product’s refund besides the two. Now Tolerance going to break and I am going to complain

solve the case, reship and deliver the missing books or refund the all they caused through this inconvenience
