I ordered online from Flipkart (Fridge) it was delivered on time but at the time of delivery Flipkart person asked me to first do the payment then we will open the box. I did the payment by Credit card as they were carrying machine but after checking the fridge its glass was broken. Flipkart person called the customer care and then he told me that we will take back the fridge and will let you know as soon as possible. I asked them to give me some receiving of money which I paid, they said we cannot give at this time but your money will be refunded soon. Then I called the Retail person from where fridge was delivered he told me that he has mailed to concerned department about the fridge received and customer should get back the money. Now if I am calling customer care they are not yet updated and not refunding my money. its been 3 days now I am not getting any response from both of them, And the warehouse person also blocked my number. I am really frustrated from Flip kart service. I am chasing them daily but no results. Flipkart is such a fudu company I have seen. Such a poor services. I recommend every person not to buy any product from Flipcart or I believe any thing online.
I just want that my money should be refunded as soon as possible. They have took the fridge as well as my money. And not at the time of refunding they are not responding.
