hi i would like to inform you that i have placed a order fro purchasing of lava iris x5 online from flipkart.com have payed extra charges for special delivery yesterdar i placed order in the afternoon today i received my order today as i had my exam so i opened my new phone in evening and as i have inserted my sim with in 5-10 mins phone stated blinking i was shocked and my all happiness ruined when i come to know that it is a defected phone i have launched a complaint in flipkart through customer care cst exec. Sayed re num 0D301549210503741300. i have got only a hope that tomorrow i will receive a call and than after may be change of product. my question is that why to make customer fool like this my whole surprise has gone in vain and i want to file a complaint this adn also please confirm what further steps i can take as per consumer protection act and consumer reversal from i have full right for same rest you know better than me.. kindly help…

i want a resolution with either with my phone exchange with a perfectly fine phone or i want my whole money back and a compensation for the mental harassment i have faced today..
