Idea – Wrong billing no response

My Entire Family is ported to idea 3 months back and from the 1st day i m facing a lots of issue regarding wrong billing and each month i have been facing the same issue…and continuously complaining about the same and i have also mailed to the company ,customer care,my corporate account holder but still there is no response on the same..i have also asked if someone from the company can meet me regarding the billing error but they ignored
Billing to be sorted..if i have used the service kindly prove it i will pay u No more insult from your customer care kindly respect your customers you can mail be the solution and kindly reverse my extra charges U can see the attachment where its entirely a wrong billing..i have many more but now i have only attached one
