Flipkart.com – Faulty Moto X model not available for repalce

I have surrendered my Phone to the Service Center in Vashi on 11th of December as my phone had started giving my problems it was purchased on 8th of July from Flipkart.com and as they problem couldn’t be solved in the phone the service center promised to replace the phone with the new phone with in 7 working days, as the same model was not available with the Seller ( flipkart) the service center told me to wait for sometime with out specifying a particular date. now its been past 25 days and I don’t have the phone with me. The Service Center is not providing me any information and is just been telling me to wait for more days.

I would either want the whole money refunded from Motorola or else a credit note from Flipkart as I don’t want the phone any more and buy some other brand instrument.
