We gave Micra Nisan car Number – HR 03 M 9xxx for servicing and replacement of parts such as Arm Bush, Shokers etc. in the Berkely Nissan center on 19 Dec 2014 and paid them 14023/-RS . We received the car on the same day and on 22nd dec morning while going for the exam the tyre from front right side came out.
The car bubbled on the road and went out of balance and then skiited on the mid of the road in between traffic. It took almost 6 hrs for us to rectify the problem. Berkely staff actually declined to come on the spot and check the car, they told that it is not their problem. They will see the car only if we get it towed and bring it to their center. Then we complaint to Nissan Road assistance and then after 3 painful hrs and many calls and Nissan sent Berekely people. Even after that they were not even sorry for such a big mistake and this rude behavior.

Its prayed before you to give me justice and grant me compensation as per laws.
