Dear Sir, We are monthly paying Rs.200 for S.M. Cable Operator cable services we take. From past 2-3 month most of the paid channels were not coming. After complain they have asked us to upgrade our set top box. We did the same and paid Rs 1200 to S.M. Cable, but still few channels did not come and also pop-up comes in between the program stating that there is large overdue on cable operator and disturb us while watching programs.

We would like that our services to be restored properly. And Rs-1000 relief for the disturbed services we have received in past few months.
