Flipkart – DAIKIN AC installation delay calls started putiing on hold

I ordered a DAIKIN AC from flipkart on 1 may, 2015. I was assured of providing installation services from flipkart within 5 days. But its been 12 days since the Ac is delivered ( 9 may) but they are not providing any installation services. Customer care helplines keeps on asking for 1 more day every time I call. I have called more than 20 times, now they have started putiing me on hold. All the statements can be verified by their call records.my COMPLAINT ID IS—150511-033102. And my registered number at flipkart is 8053270xxx. Some calls were made by me using the number 9416611xxx. I had confirmed before shopping if they would provide the installation services or not and they assured me they would send service engineers to install AC and the 5 year warranty would be cancelled if i install my AC locally. Now, they are neither providing any service engineers nor listening my grievences.

I want them to either install my AC within 24 hours or if I install my AC locally day after tomorrow, My 5 year warranty shall not be revoked.Some written proof shall be given to me. plus the behavior to put my calls on hold for 20 minutes should be apologized. The hours that I wasted calling them for days can not be compensated.
