Bought 3 tickets round trip from calcutta to guwahati on 3rd may amount to Rs 11061/-. The account debited but tickets were not generated. When contacted Spicejet Complain No. 344649) it is told the amount will be credit back to the account within 7 working days. But it did not. When contacted later they are clueless about that and could not confirm whether it will be refunded or when.
Financial Loss of Rs 11061/-. Could not buy ticket that day and bought from different service provider with much more price.

Refund of the amount immediately.
