I contacted delhi celebration for getting baloon decoration for my baby’s first birthday. I received a call from person named Ali. He asked our address and came to our house on Sunday 8th February 2015.. He told us about packages and we chose a package of rupees 7000 for date 17 February 2015 evening.. He took 3000 advance cash and texted confirmation message with advance amount details on my mobile phone. He left then.. After that day we continuously called that person, he dint picked phone.. When he picked phone on 15th February he said that things inclusive in the package would not be possible so we will refund your money. Than we waited on 16th February entire day,this man neither called us nor he picked our phone,we called him hundred times..the same details can be provided by our banquet hall CHERISH banquet, peeragarhi delhi… Then in emergency , when they not picked our call even on 17th February, our banquet hall manager provided us with another balloon decorator on 17th February. Delhi celebration people blocked our number nd niether came on 17th February. And whenever we call him, he says , he will now not refund our 3000 rupees.. This company named delhi celebration is a complete fraud. They come to peoples home , take advance and then neither they provide service, nor they refund money.
