I had given the consignment (Consignment Note ID 1217) of transporting my Honda CB Twister bike from Bangalore to Chennai on 24th of April 2015 to marketing executive Mr. Sunil Singh of Prince Logistics Packers & Movers. Along with the bike they insisted on handing over the bike Helmet (Studds Black Helmet) and assured me that the helmet will be delivered along with the bike. I was frustrated to get my bike delivered very late from the promised date. On top of this poor service they had no clue about my “Bike Helmet”. It has been almost a month now and still there is no information about the Helmet. Mr. Sunil no longer pics my call which displays such high level of unprofessional-ism. Upon repeatedly trying to contact him he promised me to send the helmet once and on another occasion promised to transfer me compensation money and again the last time I contacted him he promised me to deliver the helmet. I am regretting my decision of contacting Prince Logistics which provides such a poor quality of service to your customers.

I want to get my compensation of RS 1200 for the Helmet which Prince Logistics Packers & Movers has not delivered till date and which I believe they have misplaced or lost.
