SMS received on 19th September 2014 at 9:19 AM from “VM-EKARTL” – “Thank you for returning the original shipment. It has reached our facility”. And now since 20th September, i am receiving SMS and email, that the shipment will be reverse picked up soon. Please find the sms and email details. SMS received on 20th Sep 2014 at 10:23 AM from “MD-DLHVRY” – ” Dear customer – your request for reverse pickup of your Fila Delilah Running Shoes product under order number ODA6872206645PMWUG00 is in dispatch. We will pick this product by end of today. Please call us on 01244718xxx for any queries” and later on 20th Sept 2014 at 6:26 PM from “MD-DLVHRY” – “Dear customer Your shipment from Flipkar with ID ODA6872206645PMWUG00 was attempted today for delivery. We were unable to deliver to you. For any queries call us at 01244718900. And again i have received sms today i.e. 22nd Sept 2014 at 9:24 AM from – “MD-DLHVRY” – “Dear customer – your request for reverse pickup of Fila Delilah Running Shoes product under order number ODA6872206645PMWUG00 is in dispatch. We will pick this product by end of today. Please call us on 01244718900 for any queries. Also i had received emails, as below email chain, to which i had responded. Please be assured, that if today any courier boy comes to my place and harasses my family i would file civil suite for harassment against flipkart management and also i would file case in consumer forum against such harassment, This is shear lack of appropriate usage of software and communication channels and i feel ashamed of being bought and used flipkart website. I assure your i would refrain using the same and also would forward this email chain to my group to request them for refraining such pathetic service provider.
