How Flipkart Dodged and Never Shipped Dell Laptop Bought at Discount ?

I am Sheshpal Namdeo, PhD Student at APSU Rewa (MP). I was great fan of Flipkart offers, Product Quality and delivery system. That’s why I subscribed FlipKart First Subscription for priority Customer Service at Rs 400. Because I missed Flipkart ‘Big Billion Day’ sale on 06-10-2014. I continuing checking offers at Flipkart.com. And I also ordered different Products at your website at discounted rate.

On 21 February 2015, I got unbelievable offer at flipkart.com, But it was not available at my Pin Code 486001. Then I choose another Pin Code 462008. and I placed an order dated 21 February, 2015 4:01 PM. Order No. OD102136987220615500. After placing order of this Premium Quality Laptop, I was feeling so lucky and I called to your customer care 18002089898 for confirmation and clarification of some queries and doubts related to same product. I asked to Customer Care executive “Dose my ordered product is fresh or Second hand” (because offered price was unbelievable for me) the customer care executive responds promptly “Sir, Flipkart delivers 100% brand new products and also you will get Brand New, box packed Laptop. Which is originally packed by Dell” I asked another question to Customer Care executive “When it will reach to me” the executive told me that “Sir, it will shipped on 27 February 2015 and will be deliver before 12 March 2015” I checked last status on 27 February 2015, at 9.00 PM my product was showing “Your Item is packed and ready to ship” I track my order status on 28 February 2015 morning 4.00 AM, It is showing “Your Product is returned” Then I filed complain to flipkart customer care for the same. They denying to ship my ordered product, because I placed my order on time of huge discounted offer and the same was running out on flipkart website.

My order and payment status was confirmed by flipkart.com Now they are showing apologies for order cancellation/returned by them and giving contradictory answers by different Customer Care Executive some are as follows. 1. Response By Phone (Toll Free No. 18002089898) (22/02/2015 09.42 AM) I asked to Customer Care executive “Dose my ordered product is fresh or Second hand” (because offered price was unbelievable for me) the customer care executive responds promptly “Sir, Flipkart delivers 100% brand new products and also you will get Brand New, box packed Laptop. Which is originally packed by Dell” also I asked another question to Customer Care executive “When it will reach to me” the executive told me that “Sir, it will shipped on 27 February 2015 and will be deliver before 12 March 2015 or before it.” 2. Response By Email (Ajay KumarKar) (23/02/2015 10.32 PM) Customer Care Executive Incident: 150223-074540 “ I certainly understand your concern and would like to clarify that the offer for ‘bagpack’ was not available when you placed your order. Please note that offers are valid for your order only when placed while the offer is displayed on the product page

According to flipkart policy they first check delivery pin code and match with seller and logistics. Then we can place order on-line. I done everything according to policy of flipkart. Now it is my request to you kindly resolve my trouble, and ship again same product at same cost (offered price).
