My Reliance Communications WLL landline no 033-302XX211 was dead since Jan22 and despite my repeated complaint my issue was not resolved.As a result of non-cooperation, I also complains several time for termination of landline. Finally and as per mail communication(dt 11-feb) to me,they told that landline has been terminated w.e.f 2015-02-04 and RCOM equipment will be collected shortly.

But even nobody visited my premises for collection of equipment and i was astonished to get the bill for the period said dead/terminated phone period of jan-24-Feb24 of Rs 280. Then I again mailed/called customer care and told that I have to pay the bill even though my landline was dead/ terminated at the then period. I would to like to bring to your notice that till date nobody came for collection of equipment for such terminated line and also asking me to pay the bill for the above mentioned dead/terminated period. Under this circumstances, they are harassing me for payment of bill as issued for the deadlock period.

Kindly look into this matter to redress my grievance with adequate compensation for harassment.
