I ordered “Beats by Dr.Dre Pill Long Wireless (red colour) ” from Flipkart on 15 Dec 2014 and got it delivered on 16 Dec 2014. As a matter of concern the speakers are fake and not authentic. I confirmed it with online and offline sources. Many accessories were missing , user manual was not authentic and the product is made of cheap and under qualified materials. To bring the matter to light to the company i called the customer care executive of the company and he offered me to replace the product. I have heard of such incidents before and the company try to suppress these issues by providing refund.They make use of the fact that most customers believe them blindly and do not think about verifying the authenticity and if they do they are given replaced product and people are unaware of these consumer forums. So this complaint is in PUBLIC INTEREST to protect all customers who are being deceived by these consumer service giants. This is a clear violation of consumer rights and a serious offence against free trading practices. And “Beats” being a very big brand name is too deceived and their quality compromised by Flipkart.

First of all i want Original Beats Speakers with a letter of apology from the Company Officials. And i want punitive relief against the large scale deception and mistrust they are conducting with thousand of customers online. The fake product is on sale on their site even now. So, i want all the fake products removed from the Company . Appropriate penalty should be imposed by government on the company depending on the scale they doing this malpractice of compromising customer trust and rights. This practice not only affect the company’s reputation but also break our faith from buying products online which is an emerging and important field for our economy.
