SnapDeal – Product out of stock not informed

I have ordered a nikon D5200 dslr from snapdeal.com on 22nd Dec @ a rate of 29000.On 24th december i was told that my product was packed and waiting for courier pickup.The status remained the same for 5 days. when on 31st dec i called up the customer care number of snapdeal,I was told that I would not be getting my product because it is out of stock(when i placed the ordered they didnt mention any such thing) they told me that they have canceled my order by themselves and they didn’t even informed about such a important decision .When i said that i have been waiting for 8-9 days for my product they told me that they cannot do anythng.I am seriously upset about it.Now the rates of nikon d5200 are higher on every sites(higher than 34000).If I order it again now ,i would be getting it 4000-5000 expensive than the last time i ordered.I was thinking that i could use my new dslr in the new year party,but i couldnt because of snapdeal’s poor service.I am seriously upset about it

I seriously want sanpdeal to deliver my dslr within a week,if i buy it now from any site,i would be getting 5000 costlier .I also want snapdeal to provide me a good quality tripod as a charge for bad response.Please help me sir
