I visited at the petrol pump at above address on 02.01.2015 get fuel (diesel) for my car. I asked the sale person to get the tank full. Mine is hyundai i20 Magna (2012 modal) which has fuel tank capacity of 45 ltrs. The meter was at Zero at the start. When he completed, I was shocked to know that the meter was at 49.05 ltrs and rupees 2771/-. As the fuel tank capacity is only 45 Ltrs and there must around 6-8 ltrs already in tank at that time it is impossible to fill 49.05 Ltrs in car. it is obvious that they are deliberately doing this the fetch undue profit.and must be doing the same with almost all customers without their knowledge. When confronted, they refused to accept their mistake, instead they started to quarrel with me. I again visited the next day but they refused to entertain.

Rs. 600/-. I also want the Legal Metrology Department to inspect the above referred petrol pump and check the measuring meters and their modus operandai so that the other customers may be saved from their unlawful practice.
