Flipkart – Fake Product re delivery delayed

This complaint is regarding order of a ‘Skullcandy S2IKDY-144 Ink‘d 2 Headset’ with order ID: OD40521019822 placed on 21 May, 2014 9:13 PM. On 17th of Oct I came to know that it is a duplicate one after confirmed by the Skullcandy authorized dealer. You can find the conversation in the attached document. When I contacted the flipkart they said they replaced the product and it isn’t done yet. Below are the Incident no: stating from 17th Oct 17th Oct ID: 141016093084 20th Oct ID: 141022098223 31st Oct ID: 141031089180 1st Nov ID: 141101057784 2nd Nov ID: 141102065651 5th Nov ID: 141105081718 6th Nov ID: 141106065999 It was supposed to be delivered by 20th of October. On 20th when I called the customer care they said that there has been a delay and the item would be delivered by 1st of Nov without fail. On 1st Nov when I called they said that the item isn’t dispatched yet and guaranteed it would reach me on or before 6th of Nov and now they told me It will reach you on or before 11th. What they are doing is they simply extending the dates. This has been a very bad experience for me and I need resolution not just for the undelivered item but also for the not so needed mental agony that I have gone through.

I need replacement or at least refund the money back so that I can buy a new one
