I bought a Nokia X mobile on 14.03.2014. I have problems in display while dialing and receiving calls. Unfortunately the screen has been broken, but the mobile is working. I would like to know that will the software comes under the warranty. At the Nokia care Hosur, Tamil Nadu, they refused to change software and to set right the problems of the software. Kindly let me know that will the mobile comes under the warranty period.

My Nokia x2 dual SIM Mobile was dead and i went to Nokia care in my town katihar. They asked me to come after 25 days. I went to them after one month but again they asked me to come after 25 days saying courier problems. My job sheet no.2358 model:nokia x2 dual city:katihar state:bihar
