Dear sir/madam, i brought a lenovo s850 on the date of 23 oct 2014. After 2 days it gave me problem the problem is listed below 1. Ear speaker damage 2. Phone heated 3. Battery backup is very low. So i was visit the service center & they told me to take phone there for 7 days because they dont have the ear spekar. But its my personal phone & i just brought it brand new so why i will took phone over service center. I am requesting to take an action against my complaint. Lenovo K900 Mobile
I have purchased Lenovo k900 on 20th may 2014 .since starting it was showing problems in capturing signal. I changed my mobile service operator . But actually the problem was with the handset. It is not showing and catching signal. Always message comes no network. I sent it to service centre in rohini Delhi. They took more than a week but still problem is there with the handset. Request u to pls either change the handset or refund my money back. My mobile no is 954XX84303
