This is with reference to the product ID OD20516 87374586 81000 . I had ordered up the headphones from your desk. The model number was Sony MDR-ZX110. But to my surprise the order which i had received up on 7 th feb as it was scheduled was Sony MDR-ZX100 . Till date I have not got any confirmation as to when can I get the product which I had ordered , i have made up around 4 to 5 calls till date. The timeline is as follows: 7th Feb : I spoke to your customer executive about the problem. She told that i would have to talk to about that in the evening and I am still confused what did that mean. Than as they directed I had made a call that evening also then that person assured me that “It would be replaced up withing 1 week you need not to worry sir ” One week past then I made a call to them they said that sir we will replace that product the person will come in some time. Now again after 5-10 days I had made a call to them then also they told that it would get replace by 5th of march 2016. Now when today I had called up they told me that it would get replaced by 6 th of march 2016. Now I am asking you the question that flipkart being such a giant on the online platform service provides such objectionable service and I being a regular customer of flipkart never suffered such pathetic services ever before. I would be highly obliged if you could take up some strict action as soon as possible and adhere to my problem.

I had wasted a lot of time in getting the product of my choice now today after 1 month my need is still not fulfilled. They keep on delaying things and not refusing that they cannot provide me with the product as if they say so than I can get my money back and can fulfill my need may be from market as of now after one month I neither nave my money nor have got the product of my choice.

I want to get my need done as soon as possible because one month was a sufficient time for a company like flipkart which is a giant online platform. This is the worst experience one can ever face.
