Since conversion of my prepaid Vodafone number 95825XX129 into postpaid plan 01st April, 2015 to 25th February, 2016. I am facing billing & services issues. Total Feb 2016 month bill is Rs.13299.73 however in the above amount following wrong charges leaved: 1.Mobile Internet Charges:Rs.9,477.35 2.Rs.100 rental-STD free Units: Rs.100.00 as (24.02.16 to 23.03.16) advance 3.Service Tax @14.5% = Rs.1388.716 Total Wrong amount charged: 10966.07

Due to these issue i have incurred the losses of economical and mentally harassment, so that i am not able to concentrate on my works properly. Now i desire that in future, no such types of problem facing by me like number outgoing stopping service closed etc and wave off the wrong amounts charged. Kindly start my number urgently basis, otherwise I should be file complaints before TRAI & Courts.
