Indusind Bank charged me Rs. 7000 plus taxes as joining fee for Visa Signature Credit Card and promised some privileges against the joining fee. The privileges as mentioned on the joining docket included 4 Golf Lessons per month. On 05-Mar-16, I tried to book a lesson with Indusind Bank for 12-Mar-16 and they refused to take the booking. The reason cited was a change in Terms and Conditions w.e.f., 01-Mar-16. My complaint: 1) No written or even proactive verbal communication on change of terms and conditions 2) I have not accepted terms and conditions then how can those apply to me? 3) The sale of credit card was done with a fraudulent promise, if the terms and conditions were flexible 4) If as per revised terms and conditions, the number of Golf lessons is reduced, then the corresponding portion of the joining fee should also be refunded.

1) Refund of Joining fee and discontinuation of relationship with Indusind Bank 2) Change of Terms and Conditions to be advertised with sufficient clarity to stop fraudulent sales. Permanent Change of process under legal supervision. 3)Strict action against the sales team
