I ordered Flipcart yota phone online on 9th may with order no-OD202818366899951500.on 15 th may i returned the product because of manufacturing fault and they refunded my gift card amount into wallet.when i talked with their customer care on 15 th may there customer care assured me that they will initiate refund through neft.on 1st june i write a complain and clearly mentioned that plz refund my amount in neft i don’t had gift card details then also they refunded my amount into gift card which i don’t had. pl take strict action against them and refund my amount online or provide new gift card of that amount

I paid RS 6999.5130 through credit card and 1869 through gift card.they refunded my credit card amount and i want remaining 1869 RS either online or new gift card and strict action against then for harassing customer
