I had ordered a Mobile Handset (Xiaomi Redmi 1S) from flipkart online on 28 Oct 2014 Order number: OD301134074332635500. • The payment of Rs 5,999.00 was done online through my Indusand bank credit card. • The expected delivery date was 4th Nov- 2014. • I had ordered it as a gift for my Sister. I have gone through mental frustration and it has spoiled my sister birthday.. • The customer care at flipkart does not respond properly and gives excuses. • It is 04 Nov 2014, and it is still not delivered to me. • Today i spend more than 55 Mins at filpkart regarding same complain but its waste of my time. • Despite calling them every day and giving a written complaint no action has been taken. Please help get the product delivered ASAP. And action should be taken so that they don’t take people for a ride. • want to complaint about this and also i want compensation from flipkart as they are committed false to me that i will get my handset on 4th but now when i asked to CC they told me that i will get my hand set by 8th, this is totally cheating by flipkart,
