I’m having my Indane gas cylinder connection currently with single cylinder , Consumer Number : CX6189895 . I’ve gone today to Ranie Enterprise for asking the 2nd cylinder . As per the norms they need to charge only for cylinder deposit and a refill cost , but they are asking me to buy a cooker or gas stove additionally worth Rs.1000 or else they wont give me a second cylinder . I’ve raised this issue to Indane Head office also , but Ranie Enterprise is not responding for it .

I need a compensation of Rs.1 Lakh as this is the second time I’m breaking my head with this gas distributes and also a hassle free additional cylinder by getting only the deposit amount and refill cost from me .
