PNR: VSNGPR Travel Date: 22nd Oct 14 – BLR-LKO & 04th Nov 14 – LKO-BLR Concern: I cancelled my reservation on 18th Oct 2014 with the airlines post which i was asked to talk to the third party vendor (GOIBIBO.com) for refunding the money. I got on conference call with your jet airways guest relations representative(RAHUL) and GOIBIBO representative and it was pointed out that refund is processed from Jet and i will get the amount in 5 working days. It has been more than 18 days now and on checking with GOIBIBO i get to know that Jet airways has not processed the refund yet. I am not able to understand what is the matter and on checking with GOIBIBO i get to know refund will take 45-90 days..i was earlier told refund will be done in 5-7 working days and suddenly i start getting mails of refund from 45-90 days. Attaching the mail from goibibo.com i got this morning again. This is turning out to be a horrifying experience till date. I am not getting a clarity from either Jet airways or GOIBIBO.com on my PNR refund Process and am getting contradictory statements every second day. I request you to please sought out the matter on priority and help me get a closure
