Overseas Express Courier – Negligence & Bad Handling

please note : I had select to AVA merchandising as courier option but it is no where related to overseas express I had sent parcel from India to Germany through overseas express courier which internally uses FedEx services. The parcel contained home made food stuffs and one of the energy drink had milk traces in it,In Germany it is banned to send the products containing milk or milk traces. This was not told by overseas express nor the acknowledgement was given before sending the parcel,to due overseas express bad practice and negligence we have been fined huge amount of 16240 Rs. also their service is very poor courier was delayed due to custom clearance and when I asked them the reason they didn’t inform me on time they took almost 15 days so myself and receiver has to solve the issue speaking to German officials. Even after sending so many emails I never got a reply unless I call and initiate the process everyday. Now after custom clearance and receiving the courier we have been charged 183 euros which is equivalent to 14460 Rs.for importing the milk containing product. I’ve been calling them and sending Email’s but no response .I should literally call them to initiate the process everyday they don’t take the issue seriously. Even after so many requests and emails to overseas express to solve the issue either refunding the fine amount or to give free shipment worth of fine amount,but they are not responding for the issue seriously.I’m fed up calling them and writing so many mails but no response. I’ve also warned them that I would take this to legal level and given time still I didn’t get any reply till today.
