I had placed an order for a “Sony KLV-22P402B LED TV, black, 22″ television on Infibeam.com on Sept 25 ,2014 by paying with a credit card. I was informed that the product would be shipped by Oct 4,2014. Since they were not able to ship the product even by Oct 7,2014, I requested by e-mail,that the order be cancelled. They obliged to this request and said that the order has been cancelled and I would be getting a refund. This mail was receieved on Oct 7, 2014. But even on Nov 6, 2014 (the date of writing this complaint) they have not refunded my money. Order Details: Order Number: 13647808

I have paid them an amount of 12,070 rupees to Infibeam. I am not getting a refund even after a month of cancelling the order.
