I have bought casio watch (order id : od301126731996834500)with full advance payment of rs 8545/-on 27-10-14,from flipkart for the purpose of gift to one of my family member , and flipkart kas commited to deliver it on 05-11-2014 because of heavy rush on account of deepawali,after that i have received written confirmation regarding product that “it has been dispatched on 27-10-2014″,since parcel takes hardly 2 days to reach lucknow from delhi,i was quite sure that same will reach with in committed time ,but same is not delivered even up to committed date …just to make sure delivery on time i have called flipkart customer careen 04-11-2014 and agin they ensured me for on time delivery,i was waiting for my order on 05-11-2014 ..when after a sufficient time period same is not delivered than just to check status i have again called courier company delivery (gurgaon based)i.e. on 05-11-2014 and they have also not informed me for such delay and ensured to flipkart update me soon..again i have escalated my query to flipkart with cc to delhivery at 05:3pm ….”finally” after maximum possible follow up from my end they have informed me for delay and requested me to wait for 4 more days being a service provider they should inform me in advance if they are not possible to adhere with their commitments or any such reasons
said incident made me embarrassed which can not be tolerated any more and needs to compensated with at least 10 times of order price i.e. 8545*10=85450/- i have gone under the huge mental pressure with herrasement and flipkart should highly penalized for this petticoat attitude ,need rs 50,000/- as a compensation,at least after this compensation they will understand the pain of customer those are visiting their sites for purchase total amount should be rs 85,450+50,000=1,35,450/-
