i purchased mobile htc phone from flipkart,by using others credit card by giving him cash as to avail the offer of 10%discount.bez of faulty phone i asked for refund of phone. they were taken phone & i asked the refund in my flipkart wallet a/c. as that person from whos credit card i taken phone he left our company i dont having contact ,as he was having office number & he submitted it. i contacted to flipkart customer care to check whether the wallet money will be transfered to bank a/c .he suggested me if a/c is having my name as narendra then it is possible. and he given me declaration form i filled my kotak bank details. but they transferred the money to credit card ,as it is of not mine. and now they telling it is not possible,as it is already transferred to credit card.

i want my money back. as i told them it is bez of mistake of flipkart ,as they transferred money to credit card.as i have told to do so.
