TASTYKHANA.IN – Amount debited, Credit Not Given

Hi, I have lost my 326/- amount by ordering on online meal ordering company that’s TASTYKHANA.IN. I have make a payment for Tastykhana Order No. NH6Z2EKVM4 of Rs. 326/- on 26/12/2014 from my mobikwik wallet. After successful debit amount from my mobikwik wallet & redirected to tastykhana site the order payment was failed. Hence, I applied For Refund On tastykhana site. I have conservation with tastykhana customer care many times after 3-4 days Regularly regarding refund initiated not yet done from their site. After long period i received mail from Tastykhana Customer care executive Abhishak on 8/01/2015 mentioning Their was some problum on our system & the payment was stuck & tastykhana Account Initiate refund on 8/01/2015 & updated on Your mobikwik wallet within 7-10 days. Now, After 10 days I moved to mobikwik customer care asking for refund not updated as Tastykhana Initiate refund before 10 days. But, Mobikwik CCE said not yet received any refund from Tastykhana. Kindly you contact, to concern merchant partner. Again I go for Tastykhana CCE & i have received another mail from same Tastykhana Executive Abhishak that Refund process Done from our end & kindly, Check On mobikwik wallet & contact for mobikwik CC in not updated. Both, of Making Fool of myself. They, Don;t want to refund my honesty money. I am Damp Depressed with this type of loss & loss Situation. Kindly, Looking for this Platform will help me out. I hear This online consumer forum from many site & many of satisfied consumer.

I want To refund My amount of Rs. 326/- & expenditure on call having made on it Also lost of internet data. As this is almost one month so Their having some interest on it. I claim for 1000/- As for Lost on all the way.
